Who you are buying from

Orders are fulfilled by Cubane, trading as TONDMA, based in Czechia. Contact: support@tondma.xyz or the Discord server linked on every page.

Digital products

Firmware and accounts are digital. They are delivered in a Discord ticket after payment is confirmed. Delivery is complete once the product, key, credentials or access has been provided in the ticket. You are responsible for the Discord account you use to collect the order.

Physical products

Hardware is dispatched to the address entered at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address given.

Services

Manual spoofing is performed live with you in a Discord ticket at an agreed time. You must provide the access and information requested for the work to be carried out. The service is complete once the agreed work has been performed.

Warranty

Firmware carries the warranty stated on its product page (14 days to 2 months depending on tier), covering the firmware ceasing to function as described. Hardware is covered against arriving faulty; report faults within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or problems caused by third-party software.

Payment and chargebacks

Prices are in US dollars. Crypto payments are confirmed on-chain and are final. Card payments are processed by our payment provider and protected by 3-D Secure. By paying you confirm you are the authorised holder of the payment method. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we keep delivery records (ticket logs, timestamps, tracking) and will provide them to the card issuer in response to any dispute.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws and the terms of any service you use our products with. We do not provide legal advice on either.

Limitation

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of accounts, game bans or downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown at checkout applies to that order.
