What we collect

To fulfil an order we store the email address and optional Discord handle you give at checkout, what you bought, the payment method and its reference, and — for hardware — the delivery address and phone number. We also record the time you accepted the terms, your IP address and browser identifier, which we keep as evidence of the order being placed by you.

Payments

Card details never touch our servers; they are entered on our payment provider's secure page. Crypto payments are processed by our payment processor; we store the address and amount issued for your order.

Cookies and storage

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider, our payment providers, our email provider (for order confirmations) and the courier (delivery details only). We do not sell or rent your data.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and dispute handling, then deleted.

Your rights

Email support@tondma.xyz to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted once any warranty period has ended.
